Service Providers contract customers up to about 2 years to provide voice/data services. Thereafter the contracts are to be renewed if the client wish to renew. OANet will respect the infrastructure of any provider already installed and migrate through land owner/ landlord or end client request over time and when appropriate. At this point the land owner/landlord can exercise the use of the open access fiber infrastructure inside the property for obvious reasons as mentioned previously in this document. OANet can still invest to install a fiber or Wireless network as the tenants can make use of the infrastructure through their respective Internet Service Providers at any time. The Service Providers will be billed accordingly for the rental of the infrastructure.
